Paid for a transfer to and from the… Paid for a transfer to and from the airport. They never showed up to pick me up and Expedia wouldn’t refund me my money. Had to pay again for a taxi and almost missed my flight. Will. Ever use again and don’t recommend to anyone.

Expedia only booked one room for us and… Expedia only booked one room for us and we paid for 2. The couple traveling with us had to pay for their room. Expedia refuses to refund our $150, saying the other couple was a no show. The motel manager told us this is not unusual for Expedia. I believe this is an illegal scheme. I will be contacting that motel again and get lists of these incidents and will file appropriate action. DO NOT USE EXPEDIA OR EXPECT TO GET RIPPED OFF.

Outdated or Fraudulent Outdated or Fraudulent? Searched and Booked a weekend get away, about 6 hours from home. Specifically, searched and booked a hotel with pool, hot tub and restaurant. Arrived to the hotel which did not have a operational pool, hot tub or restaurant. Called Expedia customer service and they didn't seem to care about wasting my time at all. The hotel says Expedia is responsible for updating amenities. I don't care who is responsible. My weekend get away was wrecked. I turned around and went home. I finally got a refund, but there should be compensation for wasting my time. 12 hours driving, 1 hour dealing with the property and expedia on the phone on check in day then the next 30 minute following up on my credit. You can tell Expedia has a total disregard for client satisfaction as they do not respond to any of their complaints here. This is the 2nd time that I've been burnt by Expedia- just go directly to the property and airline. You'll at least know what you're paying for.

Won't issue refund and rude. Had to rebook an international flight for a later date and was told I would be refunded a portion of the fare since it was lower. That was 03-27, it's now 04-28 and I am still being given a variety of excuses as to why I haven't received a refund back. Also being blatantly lied to about the refund being told that it was "reissued" when you can literally scroll up and see the chat logs. I told the customer service agent that's not what I was told and he ended the chat. Will NEVER use Expedia again.

The after service support was terrible The after service support was terrible. My booking came with breakfast but was told by the hotel, it was not. Contacted the support team to clarify on the booking. No action from Expedia. The chat kept on assigning from one customer service officer to another... At the end of it, no conclusion and no action to solve the booking problem.
