GBI normally use Expedia to book travel I normally use Expedia to book travel. This time I booked a flight, hotel and rental car for June 2024 and for the first time I took the travel insurance for all of it. However, I have a family emergence and did not have the funds to continue my trip and attend the family emergency. The insurance will NOT refund any of it. I have to submit a bunch of supporting documents as proof and then they will make a decision (weeks to process) whether or not a refund is warranted. I suggest you NOT use Expedia travel service. I will contact the companies directly to book reservations from now on.

GBThey scam you!! They scam you!!! Had to cancel flight. They gave credit. Went to try and book and use credit they came back with a price quadruple the rates on site. They are trying to make money off people! They took $600 in cancelation fees then wanted $800 per person additional. How does the site say $350 and they want $800.

PLHorrible Customer Service Horrible Customer Service. Never try to rebook a flight with them. Spent 3hrs+ & they couldn't easily change my flight itinerary or refund me. STAY AWAY IF YOU HAVE TO MAKE CHANGES TO YOUR TRAVEL PLAN.

THThe after service support was terrible The after service support was terrible. My booking came with breakfast but was told by the hotel, it was not. Contacted the support team to clarify on the booking. No action from Expedia. The chat kept on assigning from one customer service officer to another... At the end of it, no conclusion and no action to solve the booking problem.

CAEXPEDIA SCAMMED ME 400$ !!!! I booked an hotel room and 3 days later Expedia decided to cancel my reservation and issue me a refund. I never asked for a refund they did that randomly without anyone asking them to cancel. I called their number to speak with a customer service agent and i was asking him to let me do the reservation again and pay the same price (3 days later the hotel was now 400$ more expansive than it was when i booked it ). Result of this experience i now have to pay 1100$ instead of 660$ !! Finally, their customer service is delocated in Africa, so the only support i had was a random guy that didn't even know how to do his job and the only thing he did was to tell me to book again and pay the new price
