Won't issue refund and rude. Had to rebook an international flight for a later date and was told I would be refunded a portion of the fare since it was lower. That was 03-27, it's now 04-28 and I am still being given a variety of excuses as to why I haven't received a refund back. Also being blatantly lied to about the refund being told that it was "reissued" when you can literally scroll up and see the chat logs. I told the customer service agent that's not what I was told and he ended the chat. Will NEVER use Expedia again.

REFUNDS NOT AVAILABLE It could start by being truthful about booking. I had to cancel a room reservation. They told me in an email that the hotel would not return my payment-called Hotel.Their GM explained that they do nut return payment through a third party like Expedia. I explained my situation to her and she was willing to return 50% of my deposit and to call Expedia and tell them that and call her. I tried calling-that didn't work -email either. What a SCAM

Paid for a transfer to and from the… Paid for a transfer to and from the airport. They never showed up to pick me up and Expedia wouldn’t refund me my money. Had to pay again for a taxi and almost missed my flight. Will. Ever use again and don’t recommend to anyone.

We booked a return flight with Expedia We booked a return flight with carry-ons included, only to find when we checked in that we had to pay an extra $47 per person for CARRY-ONS. This caused us undue stress the night before our flight. We learned from friends that Expedia tends to do this with return flights. Expedia must ensure itineraries include these details and avoid hiding them in indiscriminate screens while we are booking online. Last booking vis Expedia for us.
