NORobbed in day light Robbing you in day light. Already paid for everything, then once again when doing the check in you have to order seats. Total of 1500 NOK for both ways aditionally besides the ticket fees are robbed like nothing! The planes are old and the seats are bad too. When I logged in they logged me in as my deceased father that died in 2016 because we share the same surname. So watch out for personal information. I will check this with a lawyer and sue them for being reckless with the "privacy law" personvern-loven.

GBNever fly with Wizz air Paid for extra leg room seats. Boarding pass changed at last minute to standard leg room seats with no apology or reason. Tried explaining husband tall & cloustrophobic so needs extra room but no help given. Flight was delayed & queues for chick in were massive.

GB29th April @ 18:01 29th April @ 18:01 I called to request special assistance and called the number of the uk website and selected option 9 - A lady called herself Jazz was very rude and was very rude by talking over me and trying to listen and under Me. I hope it was recorded on the call. She kept asking me other questions instead of answering my question. She should not be allowed near customers until she has been taught good manners. She could not tell me what PNR stands for which is on my boarding pass. She kept telling me to provide her with a confirmation code. She would not listen to me. If she knew her job well she would know that the confirmation code is the same as the passenger number and can be used to check my flight details. She was obviously very bad at her job. I really hate the service I received and I hope Wizzair remove this person from their business. Why do you run a business like this and allow your staff to make your airline look like cheap airline. Wizz air have some shame! - We spend millions with you. Get a grip on your business and teach your staff to be more helpful and not act like school kids.

GBWARNING Wizzair "system surcharge" Wizzair is now charging a "system surcharge" to all bookings of certain customers. They pretend it's related to add blockers that makes it look like the bookings are requested by bots. THIS IS NOT THE CASE. This is actually profiling, badly done : they systematically overcharge customers when they use their personal profile, even in the app. What on Earth is this company thinking implementing something like this?! This is both incompetence and dishonesty at the same time.

GBThe worst airlines in the world Usually never fly with them, but decided to give it a go as I will be catching connecting flights too and the times with wizzair seemed to be more convenient. Booked my flights in February for the middle of May. Two days ago I got an email that my first flight is totally cancelled which means I am missing my connecting flight. Airbnb is booked, friend should be joining on the connecting flight, absolute mess. Had to book a new ticket with different airlines in order to make it to my final destination. Today another email that the time of my return flight has been changed, postponed for 9 more hours. I have no words! Had to request a refund and book a flight with different airlines again. Such a waste of money and additional stress. Also you get a refund in the form of WIZZ credits.. God I hope I will never have to use them again.
