I mistakly cancelled my booking and I… I mistakly cancelled my booking and I lost €157, since they take 60€ cancellation fee and I lost it all since they won't do anything. BIG SCAM COMPANY. Never booking with WizzAir again. Freaking SCAM.

The worst airlines in the world Usually never fly with them, but decided to give it a go as I will be catching connecting flights too and the times with wizzair seemed to be more convenient. Booked my flights in February for the middle of May. Two days ago I got an email that my first flight is totally cancelled which means I am missing my connecting flight. Airbnb is booked, friend should be joining on the connecting flight, absolute mess. Had to book a new ticket with different airlines in order to make it to my final destination. Today another email that the time of my return flight has been changed, postponed for 9 more hours. I have no words! Had to request a refund and book a flight with different airlines again. Such a waste of money and additional stress. Also you get a refund in the form of WIZZ credits.. God I hope I will never have to use them again.

These ratings should have 0 (zero) as… These ratings should have 0 (zero) as an option. Because that’s exactly what Wizzair deserves. I just recently had my first and last EVER trip with them. It was horrendously bad! Had NEVER EVER had a flight like this before. Wizzair’s understanding of customer care was absolutely appalling!! They never listened or made NO attempt to understand what the customer was saying. The cabin manager and one flight attendant were unbelievably unprofessional and childish yet somewhat so condescending in their communication style that it was just comical. It felt as if the management had placed a few kids from a kindergarten for a role play. What a pity!

I had so many differnet schedule… I had so many differnet schedule changes to my booking and I accidemtlyaccepted but I did not realise date changes as well as time. I asked for help but no sympathy or help - just you accepted you pay - appreciate my mistake but with so manyy changes it woudl be nice to work with a company that looks at full picture
