Unhelpful! Booked a one night stay nearby an airport for a long layover flight connection I have coming up, trying to keep it as cheap as possible being only a few hours. I mistakenly entered the wrong check in date, and the transaction went through before I was able to close the page. I immediately flagged to customer service, and the representative pretended to try help by calling the hotel, which have no say on this matters when booked though third party, and then suggested a paid the full price again to make a new booking. while i understand this was my fault, I'm sure they could have been more decent and actually helped, considering the issue was raised 2 minutes within making the booking. will never use again!!! should have read the reviews before

Absolutely rubbish customer service Absolutely rubbish customer service - promise you the earth & give you nothing! Polite as anything especially with their fake scripts but just have you going round in circles! I'm sure they are robots! Sam

Extraordinary Excellent Made reservations for to stay a few days at Towne place suites by Marriott Charleston-North Charleston. We had stayed one night and our room was a beautiful room, I've never been to the nicest hotel in my life. Unfortunately there was a death in my family, had to leave. But I definitely will go back. I love the receptionist at the front desk. She's a very sweet person. I will miss her.

Inaccurate reservation system I tried to make a reservation but did not receive a confirmation email. When I looked on the website, I also did not find the reservation. So I made an additional reservation. I later discovered they had charged me for both stays. I asked them to refund the stay but they refused, saying the hotel itself would not. It was not the hotels fault, it was the site's fault. I spent hours on the chat bot phone, and email and they will not resolve this.

If i can give them 0 ,i booked my… If i can give them 0 ,i booked my reservation May to stay in June 12, arrive in hotel 7PM, the lady in front desk dont find my name i showed them my reservation and confirmation number from hotel,com but nothing she cant do for me. guess waht is late i cant find any hotel last minute cause is weekend ,i sleep in my car with y husband very angry. Dont trust this company
