GBAbsolutely a disaster flying with AA… Absolutely a disaster flying with AA offering no help with accommodation or food when internal flight from San Francisco to LA was late causing us to miss our connecting flight to UK. AA knew the connecting flight was going to be tight and yet no transport was arranged to take us to our connecting flight terminal knowing how big airport is. Our holiday to San Francisco is now ruined as a result of this. We will not use AA again!

GBI flew from Heathrow to JFK on 18/4)24… I flew from Heathrow to JFK on 18/4)24 and travelled in premium economy. The flight was fine but unfortunately the 2 female flight attendants were so rude. One( a blonde ladt kept calling the other one vick ( Vicky I presume) they were totally uninterested in any of mine and other passengers needs and didn't want us to ask for anything and if we did it was obvious we were being a nuisance. It was actually quite intimidating. I saw the blonde lady actually shake her head when another passenger asked for something. This was a holiday of a lifetime for me as I have terminal cancer and unfortunately these two women ruined the start of my trip.... SHAME

GBAbsolutely the worst experience I've… Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had flying. They delayed our flight 3 hours, had a board and deboard twice. Made us miss our connecting flight. Then rescheduled us a day later! We then canceled our flight and decided we would just drive the 6 hours home from Philly. Our bags never came through the carrousel, so we went to customer bag support. The lady was super rude and told us we had to wait because our bags were in holding for our rescheduled flight. We had cancled it before we even took off on our previous flight! Then we waited for over 2 hours for our bags. Absolutely horrible experience with horrible customer service from American Airlines. Will NEVER use them again.

GBEverything Everything. All of my flights were delayed. I purchased 1st class tickets to be sure I would board and exit quicker to have even more time to get to connections. Waste of time and money because of delays. Part of flight was an American Eagle after along delay-no amenities at all in 1st class. I am deleting my American Airlines app. I certainly will not be using it again.

GBAmerican Airlines owes me $201.64 I was to travel for a work trip, have an injury that limits my ability to walk long distances or stand for a long time, so my job decided I am not going after they had purchased the plane tickets and I had paid $201.64 out of my own pocket to select seats on the 4 flights, which we were told to do by the owner of the company because airlines have been taking away reserved seats if an actual seat is not selected and paid for in advance. I did everything right. None of this is my fault because I was willing to travel with accommodations to lessen my pain, which I took care of myself. American Airlines refuses to refund the $201.64 that I paid for the seats I will not be sitting in!!!! Their reason is not even good. They said they ancillary fees because my job made the reservation with a company like Priceline or Trip Advisor, but I paid American Airlines not an ancillary company. My credit card statement even says I paid American Airlines. I paid them through American Airlines website and using the American Airlines app from my phone I can see that the tickets were canceled, though I had to contact customer service for that as well because they had it in my app still when I first went in to see when my seat refund would be credited back to my credit card. “Ancillary fees are non-refundable.” If I don’t sit in those seats and they give those seats they required me to pay a small fortune for, then they are making double money on those seats!!!!!!! Meanwhile, I’m worried about paying bills and groceries. That’s a very unfair racket American Airlines is running! Do t give away people’s seats or require AS MUCH AS A FLIGHT to reserve specific seats then screw people over for that money when they can’t use the seats because the flights were canceled! I was tossed around in a catch 22 that is neither fair nor just, and it must be illegal. If it isn’t illegal, it sure as heck should be! Airlines should never overbook a flight. They should never give away seats first come, first serve, then some people lose their reservation! Forcing people to pay hundreds of extra dollars on top of flight reservations for seats they already reserved is DOUBLE DIPPING! Then, ALSO getting that money from 2 people means it is QUADRUPLE DIPPING!!!! That should definitely be illegal. American Airlines owes me $201.64 no matter how anyone looks at this situation. They should have at least given me a credit or never required EXTRA MONEY to select seats on a RESERVATION that was already made!!!!
