LVLost money. Lost $177. When vouchers were activated, all three tickets turned out to be invalid. Tried to call the office, got no call. Wrote on the web chat, no response. Money was not returned.

GBGood way to see NYC Most of the tour guides were really hard to hear because poor quality equipment and/or poor annunciation. The buses had heaters but were not on for some reason. We were able to see a lot of things that we didn't necessarily want to spend the time actually getting off and going to. Most of the tour guides were not friendly. I would recommend this option as an affordable means of transportation and admittance into attractions.

GBWaste of time and money This experience was recommended to us as a great way to be exposed to the city. Not so, for us. We spent over an hour and a half obtaining our tickets we bought online. Then, on the bus tour, the audio was at least a block or two off. We would hear about a site and then figure out the site being discussed was two blocks behind us. Would not recommend to anyone. You are better off on foot with a good map.

GBDO not Recommend it! City Sightseeing has not enough buses compared with other companies. For example, while we waited for our bus, six Big Bus buses passed in front of us. Also, tour guides were very rude telling people to be silent. They were all seated at the top of the bus under the plastic roof taking 2 seats while customers were seated in the open. Definitely, I do not recommend them.

GBLong wait for buses and poor commentary from guide Having used City Sightseeing in Glasgow, London, Barcelona, Berlin, Munich and Paris we were really looking forward to the NYC tour; sadly we were disappointed. We had two day hop on and off tickets. Day 1 was great we headed downtown with interesting commentary and great views. Day 2 though was a whole different story - we waited over an hour and twenty minutes for an uptown bus tour! When it finally arrived the commentator was obviously not interested and only really spoke when asked direct questions by passengers. Such a disappointment.
