ITRipped Off!! We were sold the wrong ticket in New York for the 911 museum. When we got to the museum we were told the ticket was valid there, only for the memorial. We had to pay another $50 to get in. When we went to the City Sight Seeing office to get our money back and we were told it wasn't their fault because it was a street vendor that sold us the City Sight Seeing Ticket. We were Told to write up a complaint and we would be contacted within a week. After a week we didn't hear back so I emailed. Still no response over 3 weeks later

GBPoor Value for Money The on board tour guides are hugely inconsistent. Some barely say anything although, when approaching a stop they do talk for a minute or two about how they work for low wages and value tips etc!

GBDO not Recommend it! City Sightseeing has not enough buses compared with other companies. For example, while we waited for our bus, six Big Bus buses passed in front of us. Also, tour guides were very rude telling people to be silent. They were all seated at the top of the bus under the plastic roof taking 2 seats while customers were seated in the open. Definitely, I do not recommend them.

GBHorribly offensive (racist, sexist, etc) tour guide - disgusted! >:( We experienced everything from Taylor Swift being described as 'yum' (coming from a man in his 50s or 60s) to being recommended to not experience Korea town because their food is gross. He spent the whole tour hitting on women on the bus! We didn't learn anything about the city except where the lingerie stores were that had good window displays! We were horrified >:(

CATour loops too ong for the traffic in NY I found the tour loops way too long and the traffic in NY is unbelievable therefore it's a little unsuitable for those who want a quick glimpse of New York Also it is very difficult to do proper hop on hop off as the buses take long and most places are busy I did not like the aggressiveness of some tour operators in asking for tips
