GBWorst airline ever!! Went on a business trip via Croatia airlines. My case came through cracked and open, when seeking for compensation or abit of acknowledgment - nothing! Very unhelpful and no service at the airport. Wrote an email with images, reply was it’s not our fault! Any other airline would be more sympathetic and apologetic. But nothing. Definitely will not be using this airline again for lack of service! Stay away.

HRWorst experience ever Flight cancelled on 23 December due to "force majeure," specifically limited visibility in Sarajevo. However, that is a lie, and there was sufficient visibility. All the other flights for Sarajevo successfully landed. We have received no option but to go with the bus for some 6-7 hours drive. We have received 0.25 bottles of water (number of bottles was insufficient to cover all passengers). We did not even depart at the time when we were supposed to be in Sarajevo already. Very unpleasant Croatia Airlines staff verbally fought with passengers and rejected to provide their ID number or any kind of accreditation. Worst experience ever.

FRVery bad experience ! Very bad experience in July with Croatia Airlines. They changed the schedule of my return flight ticket, without warning me... Of course I missed my flight and had to spend a night in a hotel. The Customer service refused the reimbursment of this night at the hotel and pretented they sent a email, that I did not received... and of course they were unable to prove the existence of this supposed email. Moreover, each time you write to them,you need to wait one month before getting an answer... Unbelievable for a Customer Relation Service!

DKLost luggage and no refund We booked our flights for a lot of money with Lufthansa but then the flight was unfortunately operated by Croatian Airlines. They lost our luggage on the trip and only returned it 45 days later. This also implied that we did not have any of our personal belongings on our 10 day vacation. They told us we can buy clothes and other necessary items and they would refund it. We have been requesting the refund in September and have been IGNORED until now. Incredible bad customer service. They owe us 800€ and simply decide to ignore the request!

ITAs many others have stated, they lose bags As many others have stated, terrible customer service when they are the ones who have lost my bag! No correspondence, they hung up the phone on me multiple times, they outsource the bag search to others who couldn't care less, are incompetent or who are grossly overworked (the bag deliverer) because the airline seems to lose bags regularly. Somehow on a direct flight bag went to wrong country and took days to find! No apology, no compensation, not their problem. Just avoid like the plague.
