GBCancel policy is a LIE.... Make sure you don't need to cancel. Even though their policy states cancel within 24 hours of making a reservation you get a full refund including service fee... They keep the service fee. False advertising. Fraudulent. How many people get screwed? All you can do is send refund request through email. They take over 24 hours to respond. That's not the customers fault. The email is time stamped. Beware Report to Better Business Bureau

GBI was booking a 2 night parking at… I was booking a 2 night parking at Embassy Suites at LAX. (where I stayed for 2 nights) The website didn't say anything that it was a NORTH or SOUTH location, so I booked 2 nights at the wrong location - thinking there was only one Embassy Suites. So, I had to pay for 2 nights parking at the hotel and Airportparking refused to help or refund - because I had started the reservation... I did not start the reservation because I was booked at the wrong place. IF they had stated Embassy Suites NORTH or SOUTH, I would have realized that there were two locations. Super disappointing.

GBDid not get a confirmation email in my… Did not get a confirmation email in my inbox or junk box. There is no way to contact the company via phone as they only provide email. You never get a confirmation number so there is no way to get a refund either. Lost money. Scam.

GBNo shuttle left stranded When I booked my parking it said free shuttle from 7 am to 11pm. It even said that in my confirmation email. The shuttle stopped running at 10 pm and left me stranded at the airport with my son late at night. When I called I was told it's not there problem shuttle times may vary and to pay for a cab. I spent alot on my vacation and did not have money set aside for a taxi. When I called the hotel they said that had been there shuttle time for over a year that I booked through a 3rd party website to complain to them and get an Uber. This is awful

GBHorrible service. Duping customers I reserved from this website for a DFW airport hotel for parking starting 5 am. But hotel did not even have shuttle at that time. I called AirportParking to cancel reservation They charged $5 even when you cancel within 30 minutes of reservation. They should not even have booked if hotel does not provide services at the time it is booked for
