Cancel policy is a LIE.... Make sure you don't need to cancel. Even though their policy states cancel within 24 hours of making a reservation you get a full refund including service fee... They keep the service fee. False advertising. Fraudulent. How many people get screwed? All you can do is send refund request through email. They take over 24 hours to respond. That's not the customers fault. The email is time stamped. Beware Report to Better Business Bureau

I reserved through this sight today I reserved through this sight today, 3/15 @ 6:15 am. I haven't recieved an email. Paid $134.00. I've sent two emails and their sight says, "will recieve confirmation email immediately. " this website is HORRIBLE! SCAM. I'm disputing charge with bank. I don't have money to throw away! Stay away!!

TAXI OR SHUTTLE SERVICE, CHECK RATES! Rodeway Inn Nashville has cheaper parking rates than most others but there is no disclosure regarding their shuttle service. When we arrived, we were told the ride to the airport is $35 and expected this would cover picking us up for the return shuttle. Picking us up went well for the return, but then we were told for the "taxi service" on return would be be another $35. None of this taxi service was disclosed at the time of our parking reservation. We will never use them again. No disclosure regards "taxi" service.

Left us feeling very uneasy over the course of our vacation Unlike most of these reviews, I did receive a confirmation from this company for my parking reservation. When I got to the parking place, they apparently had changed owners since I had made the reservation. They sent me next-door to the motel six who they said was handling the reservation I had, the Motel 6 sent me back next-door to them saying that’s where I should park my car so I had to stand there while the two people argued about who was supposed to take my car . Very nerve-racking when you’re trying to catch a flight finally, Motel 6 agreed to take my car for the voucher while the shuttle service was provided by the company. I was originally supposed to park at with a different owner. This whole process left my feeling very uneasy during my vacation, when we returned, I called the number I was given by Motel 6 to get the shuttle to retrieve us from the airport. We waited for 30 minutes no shuttle. I called back this time. The person took my ticket number and again said to wait where we had been waiting And they would send a shuttle so after 45 minutes total I did get a shuttle we did retrieve our car personally I would never use them again. I did try to call the number listed on my confirmation to tell them that the company has changed hands that they are sending people to, but the queue is so long to wait. It’s not even worth it , just I’m standing at the airport trying to get in touch with them or the parking lot
