GBPlus / Negative Plus points - Value for money and gained access to all the attractions we booked Negative Points - Your passes aren't tickets, you have to go to attraction and present passes at ticket kiosks to receive tickets, waste alot of time on this and the attractions give the impression site seeing tours are a big problem for them

SREfficient How to do - in our case NY in a day. With The Sightseeing Pass. The choice of routes are sufficient, the running hours are pleasant and once you have acquired an eye for the stops ( not very clear amidst all other signs) easy to hop on and off. The buses are a tad old and scruffy, one broke down on us and another had a de-faulty announcement system, however the enthusiasm and knowledge of the drivers makes up for that easily. Best way to get a feel of the place and best activity for a first impression.

GBNO REFUND EVEN THOUGH I PURCHASED INSURANCE !! :-( I Bought 3 flexi sightseeing passes for New York to save money We were so busy with places to see that we only used 4 out of the 7 passes . I also purchased the insurance just incase i didn't use all my passes . I have been emailing them now for over two weeks but no response from any of my emails . Looks like i will not get a refund as i originally thought based on purchasing the insurance. The telephone number is only any good if you live in the USA anywhere else in the world you cannot get in contact with them via the phone . Based on my experience with no communication and reading other reviews too i wouldnt even give it 1 star ...

GBComplete waste of money Paid almost $500 for a three-day pass. But then found most of the attractions required you to book in advance (subject to availability), and when we tried to book, we got no response from the providers. As we were only in NY for a few days, we then had to book directly and pay for the attractions. Contacted Sightseeing Pass (automated response we will be in touch within 48 hours - no good to us as at that time we would be on our way home). And then received a bland email, no insurance, not our problem! Waste of money, steer well clear.

GB** Misleading Information and Bad… ** Misleading Information and Bad Customer Service ** Don't buy a Sightseeing Pass as it could ruin your vacation days and planning esp if you are with family. Their site is full of misleading information and customer service is horrible. Post-cruise we planned to spend two nights in Miami with a specific plan to visit 4 attractions, so we bought a 4-attractions Flex pass for 3 adults and 1 child costing us $400+ Big Bus Night Tour: We went there and the bus driver told us the QR code was only for the day tour. I called customer service, they said the pass is only for the day tour. I told the agent the website clearly says you could either choose a day or night tour. Instead of apologizing for misleading information and ruining our precious evening time in Miami, the agent was rude and said we couldn't get a refund, and advised us to visit other attractions. Really? we bought a Flex Pass so we could visit specific attractions and not just any attractions. They ruined our precious evening and cost us $60+ for the taxi on top of non-usable $400+ passes for this attraction. Here are the specific words from their site and app: "Sightseeing DAY Pass and FLEX Pass holders can choose EITHER the Big Bus Classic Hop-on Hop-off Miami Tour OR the Big Bus Panoramic Night Tour."
