Plus / Negative Plus points - Value for money and gained access to all the attractions we booked Negative Points - Your passes aren't tickets, you have to go to attraction and present passes at ticket kiosks to receive tickets, waste alot of time on this and the attractions give the impression site seeing tours are a big problem for them

Bus Ticket not working as it should We wanted to travel by Bus to the Outlet Woodbury. As we showed our Tickets to the Bus driver, he told us we had to exchange our virtual for a real ticket, because Sight Seeing NY is just a 3rd party. End of the story we searched 30mins for the ticket counter and afterwards had to wait over 1 hour until the next Bus arrived. No kind of Information from SSNY regarding the Exchange of the ticket!

Very disappointed Very disappointed. Bought the 3 day pass for 2 people. The majority of attractions were closed and verified on first tour bus. The tours are long and realistically you will get 2 attractions in a day and 1 at night if using jazzy pass and no vehicle. However that is if your ambitious, fast, a seasoned tourist and don't want to enjoy a leisure breakfast or lunch. Enjoy the food, culture, music and history of New Orleans but just buy individual attractions once you get there.

I wish I could give it no stars I wish I could give it no stars. Worst. Company ever! DO NOT TOUCH this company!! The worst customer service in the world. Even after a battle with breast cancer they would not consider transferring our passes to another date. Leaving us £1200 out of pocket. Disgusting service. 🤬

DO NOT PURCHASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I paid for two passes for 4 days that amounted to four hundred and twenty-seven Great british pounds (539.60 USD). I had the passes on my phone account then the day that i get to new York and tried to use it and it didn't work. After numerous emails I received my passes, no apologies or anything to compensate for the two days not able to do anything!! They are not replying to my emails and i would avoid at all costs!!!
