GBComplete waste of money Paid almost $500 for a three-day pass. But then found most of the attractions required you to book in advance (subject to availability), and when we tried to book, we got no response from the providers. As we were only in NY for a few days, we then had to book directly and pay for the attractions. Contacted Sightseeing Pass (automated response we will be in touch within 48 hours - no good to us as at that time we would be on our way home). And then received a bland email, no insurance, not our problem! Waste of money, steer well clear.

GBI wish I could give it no stars I wish I could give it no stars. Worst. Company ever! DO NOT TOUCH this company!! The worst customer service in the world. Even after a battle with breast cancer they would not consider transferring our passes to another date. Leaving us £1200 out of pocket. Disgusting service. 🤬

GBdo not use this company do not use this company it is a waste of money you cannot get the attractions you want once you purchase the pass and it’s very difficult to get a refund even if you paid extra to be able to cancel

GBPlus / Negative Plus points - Value for money and gained access to all the attractions we booked Negative Points - Your passes aren't tickets, you have to go to attraction and present passes at ticket kiosks to receive tickets, waste alot of time on this and the attractions give the impression site seeing tours are a big problem for them

GBDO NOT PURCHASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I paid for two passes for 4 days that amounted to four hundred and twenty-seven Great british pounds (539.60 USD). I had the passes on my phone account then the day that i get to new York and tried to use it and it didn't work. After numerous emails I received my passes, no apologies or anything to compensate for the two days not able to do anything!! They are not replying to my emails and i would avoid at all costs!!!
