GBDO NOT USE!! DO NOT USE!!! No answer to emails or calls, NYC office closed, no recent instagram posts, no replies to online feedback, it appears that this company have gone bust but are still selling on their website, Choose another company instead or you could loose your money!

GBComplete waste of money Paid almost $500 for a three-day pass. But then found most of the attractions required you to book in advance (subject to availability), and when we tried to book, we got no response from the providers. As we were only in NY for a few days, we then had to book directly and pay for the attractions. Contacted Sightseeing Pass (automated response we will be in touch within 48 hours - no good to us as at that time we would be on our way home). And then received a bland email, no insurance, not our problem! Waste of money, steer well clear.

GBWorst experience ever Worst experience ever ! We wasted our time and money buying this stupid pass ! Even after buying the pass , we have to make timely reservations and wherever we go is fully booked for the day ! So this pass was good for nothing ! EVEN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER WAS THE WORST THING EVER! What a waste ! never buy this pass

SREfficient How to do - in our case NY in a day. With The Sightseeing Pass. The choice of routes are sufficient, the running hours are pleasant and once you have acquired an eye for the stops ( not very clear amidst all other signs) easy to hop on and off. The buses are a tad old and scruffy, one broke down on us and another had a de-faulty announcement system, however the enthusiasm and knowledge of the drivers makes up for that easily. Best way to get a feel of the place and best activity for a first impression.

CAUsed the pass for a week and had no issues Used the pass for a week and had no issues at all. Visited 14 different attractions from Big Bus Tours, St Patrick's Cathedral, Radio City Music Hall and most of the observatories overlooking the city. Night time boat tour out to photograph the Statue of Liberty up close. Foodonfoot tour to great small restaurants where you bought the food you like. Bike ride tour through Central Park with Matti from Fancy Apple bike company. Liked the ride so much we later went back and paid cash to have a 3 hour bike ride down the Hudson River Park to Battery point on protected bike trails. Too many other attractions to mention them all. Bought the pass for $309 and got over $650 of free admission to the attractions. Great value and no need to pull out your wallet for cash or credit card.
