IEThe worst customer service I have ever… The worst customer service I have ever encountered! I returned an item on the 11th December and had to send numerous emails to prove that I had actually returned the item which they claimed to have not received despite the fact that I had proof of return. I got no response from most of my emails, the couple that they did respond to would take them over a week to reply to. I eventually got my refund 7 weeks after returning the item. I will never purchase from Patagonia again! Absolutely dreadful

IEOrdered a jacket from them on 31… Ordered a jacket from them on 31 December 2023. Today is 29 January and its still not here, a full month later. Furthermore there are no emails, no updates, no tracking and if I click on any links to the shop or my order in my emails I get "this site cannot be reached" messages. I feel this is a scam, yet their emails confirming my purchase are from Patagonia.com with legit logo

CARapid repairs I very recently mailed three well used jackets to the Vancouver store for zipper repairs. Two were repaired and returned to me within one week of me sending them, the other was sent on for more repairs. Very quick and very helpful associates with clear communication.. Thanks you guys 👍🏾

GBWorst shipping ever and customer service not much better Worst customer service ever . Order is lost in space. It's going on 15 days since I odered the clothes and still have no day specific estimate of delivery . It went from UPS to USPS and then got lost pending acceptance . I dont even want the products amymore . Wasted a lot of time for nothing .

GBPatagonia Customer Service I’m writing a review about Patagonia clothing and customer service even though it appears Patagonia is listed under a travel category. I purchased some boxers that all ripped in the same spot in little over a year of regular (weekly?). Reviews of these boxers on their website showed lots of folks experiencing the same issue. I returned four pair and I was given a refund for two, full company credit for one pair, and partial company credit for one. When I called to ask about this a customer service rep started trying to explain but he kept contradicting himself and ultimately he couldn’t provide a coherent answer. I find this unsatisfactory. I have been a good customer with them so I am dumbfounded. Their customer service is either poorly trained or trying to protect profits.
