GBWorst shipping ever and customer service not much better Worst customer service ever . Order is lost in space. It's going on 15 days since I odered the clothes and still have no day specific estimate of delivery . It went from UPS to USPS and then got lost pending acceptance . I dont even want the products amymore . Wasted a lot of time for nothing .

GBThey say they ship the order within 2… They say they ship the order within 2 business days. When I order a Down Sweater from them, there was no response at all. Even after 3 business days, I am not able to check the status of my order. I filed dispute and sent numerous emails via PayPal and still there was no respond.

GBPatagonia refused to give a full refund for faulty gloves I purchased gloves from Patagonia in October 2023. Given the mild winter I have only worn them 4 or 5 times. A couple of weeks ago I noticed that the stitching near a button hole tag on one of the gloves has come loose. Patagonia have refused to give me a full refund and are only prepared to offer a 60% refund so I can get them repaired myself. I will never buy from Patagonia again.

GBMassive carbon footprint Super massive carbon footprint. We purchased several items that arrived today from Patagonia. We went with this company because it markets itself on the pride of being environmentally aware by claiming that it makes most of its products from recycled materials. Out of the three items that arrived, two were from Srilanka and the other was from Vietnam. We live in the UK! This company is absolutely no different from any other sweat shop cheap labor outlet. Which, considering the jacket alone cost around £300 is an absolute joke. Source locally or don’t bother.

GBFor their mistake,they have no… For their mistake,they have no remorse,want you to jump through hoops.I didn't, I got money back no return,as should be,if it's their mistake.they will no longer do business with me. That's just fine,REI,has never led me wrong.Walmart has better costumer service than Patagonia.Never an apology,just bully you to jump through hoops.Worst costumer service ever.they suck.Im so glad they 86 Ed a person who would never shop there again anyway.
