DEMajor shipping delays and no communication I placed an order on 9th April. It still hadn’t been sent a week later on 16th April so I followed up and they told me they are experiencing unforeseen shipping delays but it should be sent out by the end of that week. This never happened, and I continued to follow up over the next two weeks. Once again they told me the order should be sent soon and it should arrive by the end of the month. At the time of writing this, on 28th April, it has been a week since I heard anything from the customer service reps, and the order still hasn’t been dispatched. So 20 days after placing my order, still no delivery in sight.

GBThey say they ship the order within 2… They say they ship the order within 2 business days. When I order a Down Sweater from them, there was no response at all. Even after 3 business days, I am not able to check the status of my order. I filed dispute and sent numerous emails via PayPal and still there was no respond.

IEThe worst customer service I have ever… The worst customer service I have ever encountered! I returned an item on the 11th December and had to send numerous emails to prove that I had actually returned the item which they claimed to have not received despite the fact that I had proof of return. I got no response from most of my emails, the couple that they did respond to would take them over a week to reply to. I eventually got my refund 7 weeks after returning the item. I will never purchase from Patagonia again! Absolutely dreadful

GBExcellent products I own two patagonia coats, one waterproof and one insulated jacket. Both have lasted several years and are still in great condition. The insulated jacket I sent for repairs after ripping the inside and the cuffs becoming frayed through wear and tear. The repairs were done quickly and my jacket returned to me like new. Excellent value for money!

ITRarely i give 5 stars but i was treated… Rarely i give 5 stars but i was treated very well from Patagonia in USA. unfortunatly in europe (italy) the selling system isnt as good as in the States. Thje shop in Santa monica has very good employers.
