Richard came thru for us Very happy to say that today we got booking confirmation for the Carnival Miracle sailing Sept 17. Although we still have cancelled cruises this booking has elevated our hopes for the future and is proof cruisemiles and Richard are trying to sort out the problems and move forward, as oromised. Today we are very happy to report things are looking up with cruisemiles. We hope others share in our good luck.

A scam We had one cruise with cruise miles which all went well, we then invested more than A$6000 and booked 2 more very good cruises NZ and Baltic, all looked good and the both were cancelled. This a scam police action is being taken in the UK, contact details below. Contact them and give weight to the ground swell of defauded members. I would think that after this if concrete proof is needed as charges are being contemplated we will probably need to send all proof. Let's get this rubbish behind us...

Worst dustomer service in the cruise business? They delete, already confirmed booking, without any notice or explanation. Refuses to answer mails and to try to clear out the mess they create. The only response to mail is rude ones like "don't send any more mails". Keep away!

Got scammed, big time I won an auction last year for a Seabourne cruise to Australia. It cost me about $7000. which would have been a great deal. I received an email about one month ago from Cruisemiles, informing me that my cruise would not be happening. Now, my cruisemiles are almost worthless. Of course, Cruisemiles doesn't respond to any complaints

7 cancelled cruises! How things have changed Have just seen the cruise we were leaving to join next week has been deleted from my account. I have been desperately trying to get information on the status of this cruise which had been confirmed and roll checked for weeks after the other five cruises we had booked, one b2b with this one and four for 2014 were all deleted also - CANCELLED. Add this to another cancelled in April this year and the situation is more than grim. I wrote a positive 5 star review for this company last year - little did I know how quickly things could or would change. I so wanted CM to survive and have been so disillusioned by the total lack of customer response these past months. I would have preferred to post this on Cruisemiles forum but unfortunately while I can see my account I seem to be blocked from the forum!!!
