My first experience...a greenhorn From the time I reviewed the Cruise Miles website to getting off the ship the last time, my experience will be a life long memory. Cruise Miles personnel were all accommodating and friendly especially when I didn't understand what to do. They made my initial cruise experience easy and pleasant. I toured the Western Carribean departing from New Orleans. I've already scheduled my second cruise and am "geeked". Diane Bentley

DO NOT TRUST CRUISEMILES Wow, I thought I had found a great thing when I came to cruisemiles.com a few years back. We booked and went on a one-week cruise and it was great! So, we decided we'd go for another cruise to the Caribbean, which we booked well over a year ago. I then paid an additional $350+ to add our son to our room, also over a year ago. The cruise is in November, so we purchased our airline tickets from LA to Miami a few weeks back. Today I found out that they cancelled our cruise - how can they do that when I've already booked and paid for an extra passenger?! On top of that, they refunded the cruisemiles that it cost over a year ago, which are nearly worthless now due to the ridiculous inflation on the miles, but didn't refund my out-of-pocket cash that I had to pay for the extra passenger. So I'm out over $350 ON TOP OF MY CRUISE - STAY AWAY FROM CRUISEMILES!!!!!!

Got scammed, big time I won an auction last year for a Seabourne cruise to Australia. It cost me about $7000. which would have been a great deal. I received an email about one month ago from Cruisemiles, informing me that my cruise would not be happening. Now, my cruisemiles are almost worthless. Of course, Cruisemiles doesn't respond to any complaints

theft I have 34 million cruisemiles and my Mother 22.5 million cruisemiles where is our money, where is our cruisemiles, where is our cruises, and where is your correspondence to your customers. NOTHING.... THE COMPANY AND ITS EBAY SELLERS ARE ROBBERS

7 cancelled cruises! How things have changed Have just seen the cruise we were leaving to join next week has been deleted from my account. I have been desperately trying to get information on the status of this cruise which had been confirmed and roll checked for weeks after the other five cruises we had booked, one b2b with this one and four for 2014 were all deleted also - CANCELLED. Add this to another cancelled in April this year and the situation is more than grim. I wrote a positive 5 star review for this company last year - little did I know how quickly things could or would change. I so wanted CM to survive and have been so disillusioned by the total lack of customer response these past months. I would have preferred to post this on Cruisemiles forum but unfortunately while I can see my account I seem to be blocked from the forum!!!
