SO EXCITED! We had purchased some cruisemiles at an unbelievably low price and since then have also joined with Trialpay who rewarded us with 5000 more free miles. We couldn't wait to spend them but are glad that we did as now we have just been offered even more freebie miles just as a generous christmas bonus from Cruisemiles and this will make our cruise that little bit better again. Got scammed, big time I won an auction last year for a Seabourne cruise to Australia. It cost me about $7000. which would have been a great deal. I received an email about one month ago from Cruisemiles, informing me that my cruise would not be happening. Now, my cruisemiles are almost worthless. Of course, Cruisemiles doesn't respond to any complaints

DO NOT TRUST CRUISEMILES Wow, I thought I had found a great thing when I came to cruisemiles.com a few years back. We booked and went on a one-week cruise and it was great! So, we decided we'd go for another cruise to the Caribbean, which we booked well over a year ago. I then paid an additional $350+ to add our son to our room, also over a year ago. The cruise is in November, so we purchased our airline tickets from LA to Miami a few weeks back. Today I found out that they cancelled our cruise - how can they do that when I've already booked and paid for an extra passenger?! On top of that, they refunded the cruisemiles that it cost over a year ago, which are nearly worthless now due to the ridiculous inflation on the miles, but didn't refund my out-of-pocket cash that I had to pay for the extra passenger. So I'm out over $350 ON TOP OF MY CRUISE - STAY AWAY FROM CRUISEMILES!!!!!!

My first experience...a greenhorn From the time I reviewed the Cruise Miles website to getting off the ship the last time, my experience will be a life long memory. Cruise Miles personnel were all accommodating and friendly especially when I didn't understand what to do. They made my initial cruise experience easy and pleasant.
