AVOID THIS COMPANY IF POSSIBLE!! AVOID THIS COMPANY IF POSSIBLE!!! The instruction of meeting point was not clear and NO SIGNAGE to direct people where to meet especially for tourist which can be confusing. We were half an hour early waiting until 10am (booking time) we saw a group of people led by the City Wonder tour guide walked passed to the Colosseum (literally at the metro and have not crossed the road to the entrance yet), the tour guide asked us to meet the person at the right spot. Then we were told we are too late to join the tour and they cannot do anything about it! It was just less than 5 minutes ago the tour left and they would be have been still not in the queue yet. They refused to give us the tickets which we paid so much and OVERPRICED so we can enter ourselves without joining the tour. It was not a peak season and the queue was not long at all and we can go into Colosseum ourselves if they gave us the tickets. All they did was NTH and refused to refund and the money was thrown into the sea just like that just because we waited at wrong spot and finally met them in less than 5 minutes! It was our 1st day of our holiday and it RUINED the whole day mood with poor service. DONT WORRY buying tickets from them, just buy online and a lot cheaper and you get to hold your tickets!!

Anais gave a wonderful skip-the-line… Anais gave a wonderful skip-the-line tour of the Louvre today to our group of 4 plus 7 others. She was knowledgeable, informative, and moved us along so we could see many of the important works in the Louvre. That Museum can be so overwhelming but we saw a lot in only 3 hours. She was also very attentive the different members of the group and worked hard to make sure we all stayed relatively together. Four thumbs up!

Positive Experience They informed us about historical sights, outside the window of the bus, on the way to Pompeii. They were very engaging, passionate and knowledgeable about history. We even got to have breaks for meals, along the way. City Wonders is truly wonderful!

Stay away from this Company Stay away from this Company. Eiffel Tower trip to summit booked and paid in advance. Ticket should be COLLECTED before adventure begins ( as booking says) They had no the tickets for us, they were BUYING tickets on time of entry where at this stage summit was closed due to capacity...... Joke.... Lift to top was going constantly just tickets weren't possible to buy ( where we paid few days in advance to secure an experience )..... Even later when summit tickets were available, our booking wasn't valid anymore & were refused to enter..... Terrible service

Pere Lachaise tour 17. July: This is a well organised tour which wound its way through the labyrinth of Pere Lachaise cemetery. It was very well directed by our tour guide, Becky, who spoke knowledgeably about each grave whilst allowing us time to linger and maybe to take photos. She was happy to answer questions. She made the experience most enjoyable!
