You never gave any reason to me or Viator.com. I called you, someone spoke Italian then hung up. Thanks for ruining our vacation. SHAME ON YOU,I will post this to all reviews on you. Recommendation give your worst enemy a tour from city wonders!

Bath, Windsor, and Stonehenge Our driver Barrington and guide Robert were fantastic. Barrington made the trip very smooth and went out of his way to make the tour comfortable. Robert's passion for history shines through in his descriptions of the people, places, and events surrounding the sites on our tour (Bath, Windsor, and Stonehenge). If I were to book again, I'd gladly take Barrington and Robert as driver and guide, but I'd only try to visit two of the sites in one day. Despite being a very long day, there isn't enough time to take in each location.

Fantastic Tour This tour is well worth doing, the meeting point was very easy to find and our tour guide Elly was there ready to greet us. Elly was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely informative! The glass blowing demonstration at Murano Island was amazing, incredible to see these craftsman at work. Burano Island is so pretty with all the different coloured buildings. Would highly recommend this tour and if your guide is Elly, you are very fortunate!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. It was a rainy day in Milan. We left our hotel and the taxi service was having problems therefore we couldn’t call one. The first Uber canceled on us but a second arrived. We called the company the let them know that we would be 15 min late. The customer Service representative told us that all we had to miss 2/3 of the tour and that there was no way we could catch up with them at the exit of the Duomo. To make matters worse the representative told us to pay and book a separate tour of the Duomo directly with the Duomo website. As counseled by the City Wonders rep we went ahead and bought a separate Duomo tour with another company. Once we were finally able to join the tour for the viewing of the Last Supper (last part of the tour because they wouldn’t let us join in sooner), the tour guide approached us and handed us a ticket for the Duomo (after their representative had told us that we wouldn’t get one therefore after we had already purchased another ticket directly with the Duomo website. Terrible customer service!

Stay away from this Company Stay away from this Company. Eiffel Tower trip to summit booked and paid in advance. Ticket should be COLLECTED before adventure begins ( as booking says) They had no the tickets for us, they were BUYING tickets on time of entry where at this stage summit was closed due to capacity...... Joke.... Lift to top was going constantly just tickets weren't possible to buy ( where we paid few days in advance to secure an experience )..... Even later when summit tickets were available, our booking wasn't valid anymore & were refused to enter..... Terrible service
