FRAnais gave a wonderful skip-the-line… Anais gave a wonderful skip-the-line tour of the Louvre today to our group of 4 plus 7 others. She was knowledgeable, informative, and moved us along so we could see many of the important works in the Louvre. That Museum can be so overwhelming but we saw a lot in only 3 hours. She was also very attentive the different members of the group and worked hard to make sure we all stayed relatively together. Four thumbs up!

AUPositive Experience They informed us about historical sights, outside the window of the bus, on the way to Pompeii. They were very engaging, passionate and knowledgeable about history. We even got to have breaks for meals, along the way. City Wonders is truly wonderful!

GBMisleading and Expensive Misleading as you are not paying for missing the queue at Eiffel Tower You gather then walk to join the regular queue. Tickets are not pre purchased to avoid customers waiting. Ticket prices at the booth are vastly cheaper than the tour price even after you factor in paying for a guide. We were unable to go to the top of the Eiffel Tower due to volume. Ironically, we would have made the top if we had not wasted time waiting for the tour group to assemble ! Refund is disproportionate to the cost and the customer service email does not listen to rationale. Avoid using. We have learned our lesson.

GBFantastic Tour This tour is well worth doing, the meeting point was very easy to find and our tour guide Elly was there ready to greet us. Elly was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely informative! The glass blowing demonstration at Murano Island was amazing, incredible to see these craftsman at work. Burano Island is so pretty with all the different coloured buildings. Would highly recommend this tour and if your guide is Elly, you are very fortunate!

GBCity Wonders Unreliable and Untrusted City Wonders canceled our tour we had arranged more than 70 days before, leaving us a sold out venue and no alternatives. A week before our travel date they cancel saying, “the museum canceled all tour tickets”. This seemed unlikely to me so Zi checked it out. Two other tour operators told me they have never had that happen and a call to the museum found they were equally unaware of that ever occurring. So I suppose add dishonesty to poor customer service.
