I fell in love with my briefcase… I fell in love with my briefcase especially the color, I’ve been looking everywhere online for months and finally came across PORTMANTOS.COM I browsed through the site till I miraculously came across my now yellow briefcase. I was extremely exited mainly because I just didn’t want a regular black basic briefcase. First, they don’t know how to ship items and they will arrive damaged. I think tracking information should be… I think tracking information should be sent automatically, and even though I set up an account online my order was not in there so I could not track it that way either. However, they have been super helpful on the phone and the item I purchased arrived and I love it. Thank you.
