CAI think tracking information should be… I think tracking information should be sent automatically, and even though I set up an account online my order was not in there so I could not track it that way either. However, they have been super helpful on the phone and the item I purchased arrived and I love it. Thank you.

GBAbsolutely the worst experience Absolutely the worst experience. I wish I could give no stars. Bought $ 800 Worth of Briggs & Riley cases which they say were delivered even though I was home all day and received other documented packages from Amazon. Even in the ups description it describes it as a 10LB package. They refuse to answer any of my calls or emails. I am out of pocket and left bag less. NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AND CHECK OUT ALL THE OTHER AWFUL REVIEWS ON AMAZON. How do they get away with ripping so many people off?

GBHappy in the end! After placing an order, I became a bit concerned because I read some bad reviews. Tried contacting them and this was their biggest failure (lost a ⭐️ as a result). BUT…my package was shipped and arrived on time! I ordered a 3piece Samsonite Luggage Set. Best price online and exactly what I expected. Kudos to the warehouse guy who was there on Labor Day and assured me that he had the order and would be packing it that day. He really saved the day for Portmantos and deserves a raise!!!!!

GBDoesn't stand behind its products I purchased an expensive handbag from Portmantos on October 17, 2018 through Amazon, and started using it in mid-November 2018. Today, the handle spontaneously detached from the bag as I walked from my car to my office. It cannot be repaired. I contacted Portmantos, and they refuse to replace the item because I received it "almost 2 months ago." This is unacceptable. BAD BUSINESS. DO NOT PURCHASE ITEMS FROM THIS COMPANY.
