Satisfied customer Our first time purchasing here. We were not sure if we should buy through Samsonite website instead at first because the suitcases are quite pricey and we were buying 2. But because of the price, we ordered 2 Samsonite Spinner suitcases through Portmantos. Fast shipping. In original packages. The price is the best. We continue to look through the website for more product. We will definitely purchase more items from them. Thank you for your service.

Very poor company Very poor company. I ordered a $215 piece of luggage by 2 day shipping. I received no communication, but 5 days later, I received a red $10 neck pillow and was billed $215. I immediately returned the wrong item sent and canceled my order. I then left for my 2 week trip (for which I had ordered that luggage). When I got back, apparently Portmantos decided to ship something else to me and it sat waiting at the post office for over two weeks before I went there and refused it. They continue to refuse to refund my $215, despite all this mess. It has now been over a month and they continue to say they are waiting for something. What?? Very unreliable. Remove review

Some of the BEST customer service ever! Portmantos had some of the best customer service ever! I needed a specific bag, timing was critical and wanted to pay a price I saw online, but wasn't what their catalogue had. The customer service person expedited my order, gave me a super price, and was truly concerned that she met all my expectations and more. I would go to them FIRST when I need other luggage, bags and other items they sell. I bought a $150 price range LeSportsac carryon (no wheels), and they are rarely discounted.

Absolutely the worst experience Absolutely the worst experience. I wish I could give no stars. Bought $ 800 Worth of Briggs & Riley cases which they say were delivered even though I was home all day and received other documented packages from Amazon. Even in the ups description it describes it as a 10LB package. They refuse to answer any of my calls or emails. I am out of pocket and left bag less. NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AND CHECK OUT ALL THE OTHER AWFUL REVIEWS ON AMAZON. How do they get away with ripping so many people off?

A good mistake I did not realize this was an online business and ended up visiting the warehouse/showroom. Thanks e receptionist who greeted me was extremely professional and helpful. Another staff person also helped and I was able to make a purchase that I am most pleased with. I would do business with this company again.
