Exactly what I was looking for at the best price online My bag arrived quickly and exactly as described! And I love it! My only recommendation to the company is to make sure the image of the item reflects what the consumer is purchasing. I was worried because the description was a floral description but the picture was a red bag. I took a chance and am glad I did. The item I bought was a replacement for my existing (and no longer available in stores) Tumi cross body bag. I don't care for the latest one in stores so I thought I might be able to find it online. Portmantos had the best price, it showed up quickly, and was brand spanking new! Great experience!

Very poor company Very poor company. I ordered a $215 piece of luggage by 2 day shipping. I received no communication, but 5 days later, I received a red $10 neck pillow and was billed $215. I immediately returned the wrong item sent and canceled my order. I then left for my 2 week trip (for which I had ordered that luggage). When I got back, apparently Portmantos decided to ship something else to me and it sat waiting at the post office for over two weeks before I went there and refused it. They continue to refuse to refund my $215, despite all this mess. It has now been over a month and they continue to say they are waiting for something. What?? Very unreliable. Remove review

Found a go to for luggage! After searching for a TravelPro rolling duffle with a drop bottom we came across The Portmatos web site and we very surprised at their selection and pricing! We found the exact bag we were looking for and at a great price! The bag arrived in a short period of time and it was a flawless transaction from start to finish. Thank you!

Second Time was a Charm! This is second time that I purchased from Portmantos. I am happy to say that this time, they got it right and were efficient in fulfilling the order. A great recovery from the first time, where we had received a differnt size than ordered and had to accept it due to time constraints. I will definitely purchase through Portmantos again. A great recovery and I will be a loyal customer going forward.

Absolutely THE WORST company I’ve ever… Absolutely THE WORST company I’ve ever dealt with. There’s no way there’s so many positive reviews here. Most likely paid reviews. First, they don’t know how to ship items and they will arrive damaged. Second, when you return an item due to their carelessness, they’ll lie and say they never got it EVEN THOUGH YOU HAVE PROOF OF DELIVERY. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM
