Whenever I take on Solitaire suite bus, my seat has been allocated without my intention and it does not allow reservation. Given the expensivebus fare paid, I dont understand why I should take seat which has been designated without my consent. I strongly claim that the seat allocation system should be changed reflecting passenger’s intention. If there is any system working which I dont know, please let me know in order to get preferred seat of mine.
