Buying and receiving tickets The booking itself was clear and easy. However, after 4 days from the booking and payment I haven't received yet the ticket. It would be fair if you say when peaple should expect to receive their tickets.

Trustworthy and reliable website. There was quite a bit of negative feedback about Rail Ninja which did worry me. But as it turned out, everything couldn't have been better. The website was far easier to navigate than any of the Japanese Rail sites and we received our ticket vouchers online on time. We were therefore able to collect our actual tickets from the ticket office in Tokyo hassle free. I booked 3 rail journeys through Rail Ninja and all of them went without any hitch. 5 stars from me.

Seamless process! Great site! The Rail Ninja site is just so easy to use. This was not the first time I've booked international rail tickets through Rail Ninja and will continue to do so. All the timetables and information you could need and the tickets arrived really quickly once purchased!

Excellent service It gave fast and good service, but I made a mistake with the booking. I contacted RailNinja and they immediately accepted my correction without any argument or penalty. That is really great!
