GBYou canceled my tickets without notice⦠You canceled my tickets without notice and without giving me a reason. Update -- I tried to buy new tickets after you canceled me, and there were no more high speed train tickets left for the days I needed. So I had to buy the slow train tickets and have to leave hours earlier. I am really disappointed and disgusted with the way RailNinja treated me and handled my case. I asked them why they canceled me and they said they could not tell me.

ITBuying and receiving tickets The booking itself was clear and easy. However, after 4 days from the booking and payment I haven't received yet the ticket. It would be fair if you say when peaple should expect to receive their tickets.
