Highly recommend Custom Tahiti Travel Just got back from our trip to Bora Bora and could not rave about the trip and Custom Tahiti Travel any more. They were so easy to deal with and the trip was so amazing. The things Jackie described were exactly as she said (reservations, pick ups, transfers, connections, etc) and when we had issues (Air France went on strike in Tahiti) they went out of their way to help us. I would highly recommend Custom Tahiti Travel to anyone.

We have never used an travel … We have never used an travel agent/company prior to this trip and were somewhat concerned about what to expect. I can say this trip went off completely as advertised with no surprises or disappointments and clear directions. We received great information prior to leaving and every detail was as expected. Honeymoon Perfection Every detail, from airport pickups to in room champagne, was absolutely perfect. Transfers between islands have been seamless. The additional tours suggested have been beyond incredible and worth every penny. Our agent was fantastic to work with and always quick to respond despite time zone differences. I would not hesitate to use this company again!

We found Custom Tahiti on wedding wire … We found Custom Tahiti on wedding wire and chose them because they just focus on Tahiti. We worked with Jackie and she did wonderful job planning a custom honeymoon for us. She knew the differences in resorts and which bungalows were the best. She also helped us book some great excursions (recommend Jet Skiing in Bora Bora). We thought about doing this trip ourselves, but decided to book through an agency and we are glad we did. We got everything we wanted at a great price and it allowed us to focus on our wedding.

You can still save your trip We were suppose to travel to Moorea and Bora Bora next month for our 10 year anniversary. Received an email on Oct 2 that they have gone out of business and all our reservations have been canceled. We paid them in full 3 weeks ago and unfortunately may never get the money back. For those that are still wanting to go on their trip, we have located the island company Custom Tahiti travel used to book our hotel, ferry, and inter island flights and luckily they have NOT canceled our trip and were willing to deal with us directly.
