GBCustom Tahiti went out of business 4… Custom Tahiti went out of business 4 days prior our departure. They cashed our check happily a month before and then canceled all our confirmed reservations 24h before departure to our wedding in Bora Bora. The money they got back from the canceled reservation "blank" . Chances that we see our money are little. The fact how they handled the situation ("the business just simply failed") is unacceptable. They not just "blank", they also destroyed our dream of getting married in Bora Bora. We are going to continue researching this and file as many claims as possible till we see results. Edit: had to change my post because trustpilot will not let me write what really happen with my money. Guess someone at custom tahiti is still reading these post and complaining about facts that actually happen.

GBCustom Tahiti helped us create the …bucket list dream vacation Custom Tahiti helped us create the vacation of a lifetime for a large family group. They were professional, patient with all of the changes we made and helpful in finding family style accommodations in hotels that deal with couples. I couldn't t ask for anything more than what they did. If there were more then five stars I s give it to them. The price was fair also. Thankyou to Jackie schlumpner and her team.

CACustom Tahiti Travel was good Custom Tahiti Travel was a pleasure to book our last-minute honeymoon through. They were very accommodating with payment scheduled and booking. We had a couple hiccups, though. We never received the GoPro promotion prior to leaving, but it was quickly rectified after we returned. Another problem we encountered was a strike in Tahiti with our airline - flight was cancelled (beyond their control), but they did not resolve detour problem for us as other resortee's experienced with their travel agents. We had to get the issue resolved ourselves by visiting the Air France office in Tahiti, something we feel should have been handled by Custom Tahiti. Nonetheless, it was resolved and we got out flight changed and made our connections - just wish they put through more effort like our fellow travelers' agents did.

GBYou can still save your trip We were suppose to travel to Moorea and Bora Bora next month for our 10 year anniversary. Received an email on Oct 2 that they have gone out of business and all our reservations have been canceled. We paid them in full 3 weeks ago and unfortunately may never get the money back. For those that are still wanting to go on their trip, we have located the island company Custom Tahiti travel used to book our hotel, ferry, and inter island flights and luckily they have NOT canceled our trip and were willing to deal with us directly. GBFirst time with a travel agency . This was the first time we have gone with a travel company , so I don’t have much comparison . Our experience overall all was good . Good service , good communication. Everything was going as planned . All reservations ( plane , hotel , tour ) was according as talked about . I would recommend their services .
