Custom Tahiti went out of business 4… Custom Tahiti went out of business 4 days prior our departure. They cashed our check happily a month before and then canceled all our confirmed reservations 24h before departure to our wedding in Bora Bora. The money they got back from the canceled reservation "blank" . Chances that we see our money are little. The fact how they handled the situation ("the business just simply failed") is unacceptable. They not just "blank", they also destroyed our dream of getting married in Bora Bora. We are going to continue researching this and file as many claims as possible till we see results. Edit: had to change my post because trustpilot will not let me write what really happen with my money. Guess someone at custom tahiti is still reading these post and complaining about facts that actually happen.

Amazing Honeymoon We worked with Jackie who was absolutely amazing! I was hesitant signing up with a company that I was only working via email and not meeting the person face-to-face, but Jackie made us feel like we knew each other for years. She worked with us to stay within our budget and give us everything we wanted. The trip ended up being amazing and it was so wonderful to have everything organized for us, flights, transportation, pick up times, dinners, and excursions. Made our trip that much more relaxing and enjoyable. I will certainly be using Custom Tahiti Travel in the future!

We have never used an travel … We have never used an travel agent/company prior to this trip and were somewhat concerned about what to expect. I can say this trip went off completely as advertised with no surprises or disappointments and clear directions. We received great information prior to leaving and every detail was as expected. Bora Bora...wow Working with Jackie (and the rest of the agents) with Custom Tahiti Travel was an absolute pleasure and made this dream 20th anniversary trip simply amazing. They were prompt when questions were asked and completely spot on with all of their recommendations. The Four Seasons Bora Bora is paradise on Earth. Do yourself a favor and make this a must on your bucket list. We will be going back and we will use Custom Tahiti again.

We found Custom Tahiti on wedding wire … We found Custom Tahiti on wedding wire and chose them because they just focus on Tahiti. We worked with Jackie and she did wonderful job planning a custom honeymoon for us. She knew the differences in resorts and which bungalows were the best. She also helped us book some great excursions (recommend Jet Skiing in Bora Bora). We thought about doing this trip ourselves, but decided to book through an agency and we are glad we did. We got everything we wanted at a great price and it allowed us to focus on our wedding.
