GBLola is awesome! I love the convenience of using Lola. It is a great way to travel hassle free- and if there is any issues or if I need to change a reservation last minute the helpful staff are always quick to respond and resolve my issue for me.

GBBeware the "seating choice not currently available" glitch In the next two weeks, I am reserved for nearly 22 hours of air-time in middle seats. When I bought my flights weeks ago, Lola's software didn't have enough pull apparently to get seat selection on those particular flights (many flights I can select seats without issue). Remember that convenience comes at a price: had I reserved directly with the airline, chances are good I'd have better seats.

CACould not get flights changed Our admin booked my flights, then went on holidays. I needed to make changes and it was impossible. I phoned Lola and they couldn't make changes because my flight had been booked by somebody else, who had to approve it, and they were unavailable.. I finally had to phoned Air Canada, who went over and above to fix this for me. It was difficult for them because the flight was booked through Lola. After this experience, I'm booking my own flights through other resources in the future.
