Customer Service is Great Customer Service is Great! I have used Lola at a few companies and the best advantage is that it tracks your individual frequent flier info but you can charge to a company card. So much better than booking on your own. I love their customer service. I had a really tough situation with an airline and Lola was able to solve it.
