GBReally enjoy everything Really enjoy everything. My one complaint is no longer checking you into your southwest flights automatically. It was the coolest thing when it happened and made me feel extremely at ease. Honestly this company is the best and other than that everything I have needed has been at the touch of my finger tips through messaging with customer service or a quick call.

GBI love Lola! Every interaction I’ve had with Lola has been outstanding. The staff is friendly, courteous, and quick to handle any need. I’ve received concierge, 5 star service every time I’ve contacted Lola. Highly recommend and will continue to book all my flights and hotels through Lola.

GBBeware the "seating choice not currently available" glitch In the next two weeks, I am reserved for nearly 22 hours of air-time in middle seats. When I bought my flights weeks ago, Lola's software didn't have enough pull apparently to get seat selection on those particular flights (many flights I can select seats without issue). Remember that convenience comes at a price: had I reserved directly with the airline, chances are good I'd have better seats.

GBUse another app Lola provides nothing to the travel consumer that other sites are not already providing and better. There is no rerouting assistance when connections are missed. The fares are higher than booking direct. Frequent flyer program benefits are diminished. Lola would have to significantly retool itself to be a viable product.

GBAmazing customer service Amazing customer service. They answered within minutes on the online chat and helped me with my booking. Also when I was having issues with my payment they contacted me to see how can they help. Really helpful!! The app is friendly, and very easy to navigate in. You receive an email with every change on your flights, so you won't have further issues
