GBGreat offer great hotel I read reviews on this company before making a booking as I like another reviewer thought the offer was too good to be true. We stayed 2 nights at Danesfield House in Marlow on a package which included champagne on arrival, room upgrade if available which we were given. Dinner one night and breakfast both mornings. Full use of spa which was excellent. This was cheaper than the hotel’s own website which wanted almost the same for a one night stay. I would definitely book with this company again.

GBFirst class service from hotel & Country breaks We firstly dealt with Steve at the Wood Norton Hotel who was very helpful and agreed to upgrade our room complimentary, which we thought was very generous. Then Mary looked after the booking and this lady was exceptional to say the least, as nothing was too much trouble.

GBRobert Used OPL numerous times & have always been impressed by their helpful staff & superb service. Visited many of their hotels which have all been of a high standard & the packages OPL offer are excellent value. Sadly the booking we had for this April had to be cancelled but we'll be returning later. Very happy to recommend this company.

GBBooked a 'so called' Luxury one night… Booked a 'so called' Luxury one night stay at Charingworth Manor for my birthday but the room and service were terrible. The bedroom floor was wet and there was a leak coming from the under the floor in the bathroom. To make matters worse the Hot tub was cold and then after the maintenance man adjusted it was then dangerously high (40) so was still unusable. Just when we thought nothing else could be wrong, my wife was having a shower when the shower rail fell down on her while she was opening it after a shower! When complaining to OffPeakLuxury they just referred me to the hotel who did not want to issue a refund. By using OPL to book it appears to make it more difficult to complain or get a refund.
