Robert Used OPL numerous times & have always been impressed by their helpful staff & superb service. Visited many of their hotels which have all been of a high standard & the packages OPL offer are excellent value. Sadly the booking we had for this April had to be cancelled but we'll be returning later. Very happy to recommend this company.

Rip off company don't use If I could leave 0 star I would booked a birthday trip away but unfortunately have caught COVID. Tried to cancel even though its within cancelation period to be told I have to pay the admin charge. Sent my PCR results showed my isolation period ends the day after I am suppose to go to the hotel but still will not refund me all my money. Disgusting company making money off people when they can't attend through no fault of thier own. Shall I just attend then and make everyone else sick absolutely disgusting

Very pleased with the service received… Very pleased with the service received from OPL. I recently arranged a special birthday treat for a family member through them and they had a brilliant stay in Cornwall. They were very professional and informative and confirmation came through quickly. Thank you Paula at OPL. Will definitely use again.

Belsfield Hotel Bowness-stunning views Belsfield Hotel Bowness-stunning views, most staff were friendly & helpful. However we were unable to sleep due to extreme heat in room.we had window open & fan on, no help. Rang night porter & he was absolutely no help, this was after midnight. At checkout I told reception & they were not interested. No heartfelt apology or offer of discount. Spoilt the stay for us.

So helpful and human!! Booked a great value stay through offpeakluxury but then got ill at the last minute. These guys did everything they could to help in a difficult situation, when the amendment/cancellation period had ended. Highly recommend them! Very helpful and do what they can 👍🏼😃
