GBI can not fault Offpeakluxury. I can not fault Offpeakluxury at all! I do tend to book the same hotel break at The Orestone Manor which has a fabulous Gourmet Escape deal, the only problem with hotel is it's quite difficult to book a twin room. This is where the excellent customer service at Off Peak Luxury step in and regardless of how many emails it takes, ensure the correct room is booked. Every customer service lady I have been in contact with has been very helpful and friendly and I can safely say they actually care! Not all companies have the same standards.

GBSo helpful and human!! Booked a great value stay through offpeakluxury but then got ill at the last minute. These guys did everything they could to help in a difficult situation, when the amendment/cancellation period had ended. Highly recommend them! Very helpful and do what they can 👍🏼😃

GBRip off company don't use If I could leave 0 star I would booked a birthday trip away but unfortunately have caught COVID. Tried to cancel even though its within cancelation period to be told I have to pay the admin charge. Sent my PCR results showed my isolation period ends the day after I am suppose to go to the hotel but still will not refund me all my money. Disgusting company making money off people when they can't attend through no fault of thier own. Shall I just attend then and make everyone else sick absolutely disgusting

GBReally great deal that couldn't be beaten I had a really great deal that included a nights stay at the Lion Quays Hotel, prosecco and muffins on arrival, entrance to spa (normally £35) and a delicious three course meal in the evening; and breakfast! I did compare prices directly and this deal couldn't be beaten. I've left a review because I was worried it was too good to be true and reading some of these reviews convinced me to book. Glad I did!

GBGreat offer great hotel I read reviews on this company before making a booking as I like another reviewer thought the offer was too good to be true. We stayed 2 nights at Danesfield House in Marlow on a package which included champagne on arrival, room upgrade if available which we were given. Dinner one night and breakfast both mornings. Full use of spa which was excellent. This was cheaper than the hotel’s own website which wanted almost the same for a one night stay. I would definitely book with this company again.
