We fully appreciate that the gift voucher was for a more expensive room, but, having doubled its value by booking a second night, we would have expected to pay the lower room rate for that second night.

5 stars not enough Excellent friendly service; the lady was most knowledgeable and helpful and we look forward to our three night break at Billesley Manor hotel. Hopefully it, and Stratford on Avon, will not disappoint. Breakfast included plus one evening meal and a bottle of wine at a very reasonable price. Will review again after the event but sounds good so far.

So helpful and human!! Booked a great value stay through offpeakluxury but then got ill at the last minute. These guys did everything they could to help in a difficult situation, when the amendment/cancellation period had ended. Highly recommend them! Very helpful and do what they can 👍🏼😃
