Cancellation turned into BOOKING…. Just as I was about to give up and cancel my online booking Mickey came through and saved the day. Mickey went ABOVE and BEYOND to find a flight that accommodated my inflexible travel date and time when my chosen one was overbooked. He gave me several options and explained things in detail keeping me posted along the process. He also added travel insurance to my flight at no added cost and made sure our seats were assigned in advance since I was traveling with children. In the end he made it happen and now my family will be going to Hawaii after all. A HUGE THANK YOU to Mickey for his EXCELLENT customer service!!!

I will use this site again I was skeptical about this site but it is legit. However, the price you want may not be the price you end of paying. I would have been less annoyed if they just made it clear on their website that these discounts are first come first serve and may not be available once your tickets are requested. In the end, I still ended up with a great deal on tickets, saving about $800 over more standard websites. Alex was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly.
