Excellent experience great customer service. rom the moment I booked my flight, their (Enrique's) customer service was impeccable. He checked upon me regularly right from check in drop off ensured everything went smooth. He gave me huge discount of $800 which was no where possible. Enrique was so helpful and understanding. The user-friendly online platform made the process a breeze, and I was able to secure a great deal. My expectations were exceeded. Highly recommended. I Was looking for a plane ticket … I was looking for a plane ticket for weeks cause the prices were so high I was thinking about canceling my vacation trip . Scammers!!!! If I could give a negative, even better find the "agents". They are a whole scam. Spoke to these people and found a flight they charged me a price and when I looked into my account a was charge over a hundred dollar more on my booking. When I called "their billing" department they referred me back them scammers, called them and they kept insinuating it wasn't them I should check the name of the place that charge me, which was a different name then them but same number. Make that make sense. Planned my daughter's first trip and got scammed over $650. Farehub, Mondee whatever you guys are, should be ashamed of yourselves! It's sad that you do this to hard working people.
