SJU to BOS to SJU I had an issue with a scheduled flight with Jet Blue which decided to not honor their trip fare posted on their website. I contacted Santo Lee and consulted the issue on hand. He was very kind, knowledgeable, courteous and resourceful. He immediately found a replacement flight through a different airline for a much better price for the same original planed dates. He not only helped me find a better option, but he followed through with my trip until my return flight home. He also completed the check-in process for me 24hrs prior to each flight. He did an EXTRAORDINARY job which I've never seen during my 40+ years of constant travel with DOD and DHS, for which I would like to express my gratitude, and I look forward to contacting your company for future flights.

Eric was absolutely amazing and super… Eric was absolutely amazing and super helpful with all of our questions. We had multiple flights with a large group and people flying at different times. He made the process very easy and we got a good deal on everything!

Scammers!!!! If I could give a negative, even better find the "agents". They are a whole scam. Spoke to these people and found a flight they charged me a price and when I looked into my account a was charge over a hundred dollar more on my booking. When I called "their billing" department they referred me back them scammers, called them and they kept insinuating it wasn't them I should check the name of the place that charge me, which was a different name then them but same number. Make that make sense. Planned my daughter's first trip and got scammed over $650. Farehub, Mondee whatever you guys are, should be ashamed of yourselves! It's sad that you do this to hard working people.

Excellent experience great customer service. rom the moment I booked my flight, their (Enrique's) customer service was impeccable. He checked upon me regularly right from check in drop off ensured everything went smooth. He gave me huge discount of $800 which was no where possible. Enrique was so helpful and understanding. The user-friendly online platform made the process a breeze, and I was able to secure a great deal. My expectations were exceeded. Highly recommended.
