First Time User This is the first time I have ever used other than the standard booking websites and I was very apprehensive. I have been burned in the past by other sources but Santo Lee made a believer out of me. I wasn't too thrilled that it was going to take 5 to 7 days for our reservation to be confirmed with a booking number but after I called back everything was as I was told. The fare was not that much cheaper but airfares have gone totally out of control. I will use this service again.

SJU to BOS to SJU I had an issue with a scheduled flight with Jet Blue which decided to not honor their trip fare posted on their website. I contacted Santo Lee and consulted the issue on hand. He was very kind, knowledgeable, courteous and resourceful. He immediately found a replacement flight through a different airline for a much better price for the same original planed dates. He not only helped me find a better option, but he followed through with my trip until my return flight home. He also completed the check-in process for me 24hrs prior to each flight. He did an EXTRAORDINARY job which I've never seen during my 40+ years of constant travel with DOD and DHS, for which I would like to express my gratitude, and I look forward to contacting your company for future flights.

Cancellation turned into BOOKING…. Just as I was about to give up and cancel my online booking Mickey came through and saved the day. Mickey went ABOVE and BEYOND to find a flight that accommodated my inflexible travel date and time when my chosen one was overbooked. He gave me several options and explained things in detail keeping me posted along the process. He also added travel insurance to my flight at no added cost and made sure our seats were assigned in advance since I was traveling with children. In the end he made it happen and now my family will be going to Hawaii after all. A HUGE THANK YOU to Mickey for his EXCELLENT customer service!!!

Great experience with Flight Hub..they… Great experience with Flight Hub..they answered all my concerns and follow up with me making sure that all is good. I would definitely recommend this company. I will definitely use them for my traveling purposes in the near future

ABSOLUTE RIDICULOUS I made flight reservations through this site and turned out to be a SCAM!!! I received a call from Jean a couple of hours after making the reservations; stating they had to charge me $80.00 more because I made the reservation for the following day!! WTH!! So there's an extra charge if we make reservations within 24 hours! Ridiculous!! I cancelled and went with a different site! They are trash!!
