GBSUPERB SERVICE Vick was able to modify my flight for me after I was outside of the 24 hour window to cancel with southwest. I really could have done it myself but I’m glad Vick did it for me. It was a charge to get the flight modified; but, the cool and generous part was I was also given a credit to my account in the amount of the charge for the modification; and my job pays for my expenses anyway so really it was a win win for me. GBMy flight from the east coast was… My flight from the east coast was delayed secondary to weather making it unlikely that I would make my connecting flight. Issac worked hard to find me a replacement flight ASAP to get me home as quickly as possible. Much appreciated.
