GBFranklin was the agent who helped me… Franklin was the agent who helped me enormously. I had a problem with a layover because Delta kept switching the times and he spent time trying many different ways to help me and listened in such a caring way and was able to solve my problem (which at moments seemed unsolvable). I am grateful for his time, humanity, expertise, professionalism and perseverance. Thank you so much, Franklin.

GBI had the pleasure of working with… I had the pleasure of working with Vick, he was extremely patient and helpful. I had booked a trip that needed to be rescheduled due to an expired passport and Vick spent close to 4 hours trying to find a solution for me. I will definitely be calling him again for my future trips!

GBShady and on the fringes. Avoid! This group pretends to represent airlines such as Frontier but charges you directly for various fees. They offered me travel vouchers for a flight cancellation only after I paid them. They are misleading and aggressive. Would highly recommend NOT using. I suspect many of their 5-star reviews are fake, BTW.
