GBThis is a scam This is a scam, they will tell you there is an unpaid balance and take your money even when the tickets are already paid for. They say they work for Frontier but go through the Frontier app not this company they are frauds.

GBI had an excellent experience I needed to book 8 tickets to Europe with two of the tickets returning on a different date. My agent was so helpful spent a lot of time with me on the phone making sure all the names and dates were correct. Plus he also worked with me on pricing. I'm retired living on a pension but taking my kids and grandkids overseas was important to me. Your company and agents made this happen. Thank you again I had two experiences one today 12/9/23 I had a question regarding my credit card charge and the gal explained everything to me and spoke to me with respect and patience.
