The young woman named Milly who helped me setup this vacation home was beyond exceptional she was extremely patient with me as she helped me with renting one of there properties and from the moment I reached out to the moment of check out she was more then helpful and great with me and my family. Future vacation rentals will be with them for sure. Thank you guys for such a wonderful experience and service you guys gave. Would highly highly recommend you guys not only to friends but to family as well.

family Vacation We were quite pleased with our stay at an Elite Vacation Home. Emerald Island is a very safe and well cared for Resort. The house we stayed in could use a little TLC like painting and carpet cleaning but other than that it was great and served our needs. We paid for pool heat and it really didn't warm up until on the 4th day. Quality dishes, glasses, pots and pans and everything we needed in the kitchen for meal preparation. The bedding and towels were decent quality too. Overall experience was good. Easily accommodated our group of 12.

Great Vacation We have booked through this company for over 10 years. They are great people and that's why we coming back. Our original property that was booked got sold, so they offered us options for the same price. Didn't leave us hanging, great service. Clean and organized, plenty of towels and other amenities. Only things I would improve if asked: Master bedroom mattress could be replaced. A bit saggy and not very comfortable. I don't believe our pool heater was working properly. We called and a service person came out. They got it working, but it only lasted a few days. Luckily it was pretty warm and we didn't really miss the heater much.

The entire process was great from start… The entire process was great from start to finish. I arrived after hours and the instructions to enter were excellent. We truly enjoyed our stay and I would recommend Elite Vacation Homes if you are looking for a short stay or long stay vacation.

Family Experience I have rented homes from 2014 with Elite Home Vacation Orlando and is the best travel experience. -Private pool -A room for each one -Close to restaurant, Disney and Universal Studios. You can cook in the house and save money outside. Definitively a good option for tourism
