Elite staff great... House needs improvement. Elite Vacation and it's customer service did awesome.... House on the other hand needs improvement. New mattress (mattress are all in bad shape.) Modern technology (TV, kitchen appliances etc.) Pool needs to be maintain better. Shouldn't have to pay extra to Heat the pool. House has too many rules!!! Other than that, lovely place, nice area and very close to stores and Disney Parks.

Exactly what I expected! I was very happy with the ease of booking. The house was exactly what I expected and I was very happy to have booked the early check in after our long day of travel. The staff Elite Vacation Homes was helpful and answered all my questions and even helped reassure me when I was skeptical after our first vacation home (VRBO) fell through. The company came right out and fixed a few small issues we found with the home within the first 24hours of arrival. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to rent a home. The entire process was great from start… The entire process was great from start to finish. I arrived after hours and the instructions to enter were excellent. We truly enjoyed our stay and I would recommend Elite Vacation Homes if you are looking for a short stay or long stay vacation.

Not going back! We have stayed with Elite Vacation Homes for many years, the cleanliness of the houses used to be really good. In 2019 we had a few issues with the house being dusty and having trash but we decided to book with them again in 2020. For about $500 a night my family had high expectations, after a very long drive we had to do our own cleaning since the house was very filthy and we found ants in the kitchen (countertops). The problem was reported to the office the same day of our arrival but they just said that the house was cleaned and inspected and didn't do anything.

Family Experience I have rented homes from 2014 with Elite Home Vacation Orlando and is the best travel experience. -Private pool -A room for each one -Close to restaurant, Disney and Universal Studios. You can cook in the house and save money outside. Definitively a good option for tourism
