Very nice home Very nice home, clean and comfortable close to supermarket and Disney / Universal... Medieval Dinner and Friday Rodeo just round the corner. Kitchen utensils need a little upgrade if someone is about to cook every day. Otherwise there is nothing else to complain about. We loved staying there Best regards M.Tensing

The House we stayed in was amazing The House we stayed in was amazing. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is because they did not let me know that paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags are not included at the house, also, if you have a house with a Jacuzzi, it cost extra to heat it. I thought it was only extra to heat the pool. I didn't mind buying my own paper towels and toilet paper but it would have been nice to know before hand so I didn't have to make a second trip back to Publix for those supplies

family Vacation We were quite pleased with our stay at an Elite Vacation Home. Emerald Island is a very safe and well cared for Resort. The house we stayed in could use a little TLC like painting and carpet cleaning but other than that it was great and served our needs. We paid for pool heat and it really didn't warm up until on the 4th day. Quality dishes, glasses, pots and pans and everything we needed in the kitchen for meal preparation. The bedding and towels were decent quality too. Overall experience was good. Easily accommodated our group of 12.

My family and I arrived at a dirty… My family and I arrived at a dirty condo. The bed had been made but the linen had visible stains all over comforter, sheets, pillow cases, and the bathrooms countertops were disgusting. I reach out to the office and they appear to be annoyed because “it’s not their policy to change the comforter after every stay”. They sent a cleaning company to clean the property it took three plus hours. I did not receive a follow up call nor an apology. I would not recommend this vacation home to family and friends.

Not going back! We have stayed with Elite Vacation Homes for many years, the cleanliness of the houses used to be really good. In 2019 we had a few issues with the house being dusty and having trash but we decided to book with them again in 2020. For about $500 a night my family had high expectations, after a very long drive we had to do our own cleaning since the house was very filthy and we found ants in the kitchen (countertops). The problem was reported to the office the same day of our arrival but they just said that the house was cleaned and inspected and didn't do anything.
